When we started Ekkatva in 2014, India already had a thousand coaching institutes. Most ran on volume — hundreds of students per batch, prepackaged notes, anonymous teachers. We started with a different question: what would it look like if every student knew their mentor by name?
Twelve years later, that question still drives every decision we make — from capping batches at 30 students, to assigning a personal mentor to every learner, to building our own diagnostic tools that catch a struggle two weeks before it becomes a score drop.
